”As an Animal” depicts a fabric sculpture of an unspecified urban animal (partly dog, partly hare, partly something else) who has entered a human living room and sits there trying to pass as human. As the Urban Animal has mostly seen humans in their night time attires, they try being pants drunk first in male coded and then in female coded underwear, then in classic suit and finally they find themselves masquerading as a human dressed up as an animal. Do they pass? Is this pretence necessary?
